The prison experts have reported that there are 100,000 innocent Americans currently being falsely imprisoned along with the 2,300,000 total US prison population nationwide.

Since our US Congress has never afforded poor prison inmates federal appeal legal counsel for their federal retrials,they have effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens ever being capable of possibly exonerating themselves to regain their freedom through being granted new retrials.

This same exact unjust situation was happening in our Southern States when poor and mostly uneducated Black Americans were being falsely imprisoned for endless decades without the needed educational skills to properly submit their own written federal trial appeals.

America loves nothing more than a war hero, and we've got one on the ballot this year: Senator John McCain (R., Arizona). But then, former California congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham is also a war hero. What's the difference? Both are Republicans, but while McCain is running for president, Cunningham is serving an eight-year prison sentence for influence-peddling.

That's a fine line, considering all the things John McCain has done in his political career. It all began with the S & L scandal of the mid-'80s. Among the bigger fish in that tank were Charles Keating and Neil Bush. In today's money, the $3.4 billion taxpayer bailout seems pretty small, but at the time it created quite a bit of sticker shock.

Worse than that were the substantial number of failed marriages, even suicides, that resulted from Keating's junk-bond scheme. There was some minor political backlash as well, and the most prominent name among the "Keating Five" was that of John Sydney McCain III.

He claimed his intervention on Keating's behalf - protracting the scam for two more devastating years - was based on constituency, as it involved a major employer in his home state. The resulting official Ethics Committee rebuke didn't really cite anything beyond "poor judgment".

Years later, though, McCain commandeered a sweetheart deal for his developer friend, Donald Diamond, who acquired former Fort Ord property in Seaside, California for a quarter of a million dollars, and sold it two years later for $20 million. Again, this was described by an aide as a "constituent matter". (Read: Contributor matter.)

Millions believe Barack Obama is the anti-war/anti-Bush candidate. In reality, Obama is proving to be the candidate most effective at getting all-too-many “leaders” of the anti-war movement to shut up and even urge others to go along with wars for empire.

In the name of getting Obama elected, the anti-war movement is being demobilized, and firm opposition to the so-called “war on terror” is being silenced.

In May, Chicago anti-war activists brought Scott Ritter, John Mearsheimer, Stephen Kinzer, and Doug Cassel to speak at a town hall style City Council meeting and everyone expected the City Council to pass a resolution against an attack on Iran the next day. But before this could happen, Mayor Daley objected, saying, “Passing a resolution like that puts a lot of burden upon [Obama’s] candidacy and injects something that should not be injected” into the presidential campaign. Since then, the resolution has been sidelined by City Council aldermen and some of the activists who claim to personally support the bill but have accepted Daley’s logic.

And now, as the Democratic National Convention approaches at the end of August in Denver, people like Leslie Cagan of United for Peace and Justice are working to pour cold water on attempts to bring forward meaningful political protest. Recently she suggested that the anti-war movement just “drop the idea of a big march on Sunday, August 24th” and has insisted that “while there is plenty to be critical about in terms of the Democratic Party leadership we would NOT want [people] to see this as an anti-Democratic Party protest.”

As most of us know, several Telecoms have gotten caught helping U.S. Spy Agencies—illegally wiretap millions of U.S. and International phone calls, faxes and emails.

Will U.S. Government’s illegal-Wiretaps be made available to U.S. and International Criminal & Civil Courts after HR 6304 is Passed?

Before the U.S. Senate passes THE FISA AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2008, shouldn’t the Senate first disclose to U.S. Citizens what may happen to the Government’s millions of illegally seized Electronic Communications that belong to U.S. Citizens?

Still, Congress hasn’t clarified whether the Bush Administration’s years of illegal wiretaps are admissible into U.S. criminal and civil courts. It is problematic after HR 6304 is passed, that police agencies and private government contractors will want to use illegally collected NSA/FBI and other illegal government wiretap surveillance to go back years to arrest Americans and or civilly forfeit their homes, business assets and inheritances using only a “preponderance of civil evidence” under Title 18 of the United States Code; or under the Patriot Act. There are over 200 U.S. criminal laws, violations and U.S. Government cooperating agreements with other countries that can make property subject to civil asset forfeiture. No one need be charged with a crime for government to civilly forfeit an owner’s home or business.

POORER AMERICANS NEED WORLD'S COURT HELP !

WHEN THE WORLD'S INTERNATIUONAL COMMUNITY LEARNED THE TRUTH !

I hate to say it, but I do believe that this injustice that our US judicial system has been inflicting on the tens of thousands of our Middle Class and Working Poor Amercans (who are the least educated US prison inmates) with prolonged incarceration, is a very realistic human rights violation if not a crime against humanity issue.

The International World Court and United Nations should be investigating why only wealthy Americans are able to receive federal retrials using proper legal representation and US poorer prison inmates are forced to be their own best lawyers from prison and failing in mass at their opportunities for federal retrial reviews.

Our judicial system just recently released 360 men who spent 25 to 40 years being incarcerated for rapes they never committed! Had these judicial victims been given appeal attorneys for their federal appeal reviews, just maybe they might have been given retrials and not have had to wait until DNA evidence exonerated them decades later.

Until our judicial system becomes so perfected to always accurately charge and convict the right individuals with crimes,we all have to stay focused on preserving every legal opportunity for the truly innocent to be able to rise up and out of our cold hearted prison system that treats everyone in their grasp as guilty equals.

WHEN GOD'S FACE TURNED RED !!!

It appears that the US Supreme Court way back in 1984 knew the injustice of our federal appeal retrial review process really only being available for affluent Americans to get benefit from.

The masses of poor and mostly uneducated prison inmates who are being forced to write their own federal appeal legal cases, are being denied new trials by the federal courts in mass all across this country everyday.

Some believe this injustice stems way back in our history to pre Civil War era when the US Southern States were railroading blacks into prolonged prison sentences and knowing all along that the Federal Courts would never grant these poor black prison inmates new trials because they never could properly write their own federal appeal legal cases.

The real horror here is that this form of injustice is even in 2008 assisting in the prolonged false incarceration of over 100,000 innocent mostly uneducated American prison inmates nation-wide.

We all know the federal appeal retrial process was designed for all Americans as a fail safe device that every American should be entitled to utilize, but it is quite obvious that our government has allowed this appeal process to slip into a completely new facade in which it has become an exclusive opportunity for only rich Americans to be able to properly benefit from.
